All it takes is one good, consistent habit you care passionately about. Any one. There is a reason you see a lot of happy , successful people that don’t exhibit 7 or more healthy habits. It’s because it’s really hard; and they don’t have to have that many. Even one good habit can be tough to find and perform consistently with passion. But it must be found. The one trait of happy, successful people is that they have a habit(s) at all. Unhappy, unsuccessful people invariably display immense amounts of apathy, lack of purpose, and a complete lack of habits/discipline/responsibility (disarray and confusion).
