I’m not racist. I don’t see titles.
I get excited about many of the young folks I work with an run into. I think back to my experiences working with others and quickly rising through corporate America. I worked with many great people, but I also realize how many people were simply unable to think outside the box. They really put themselves at a disadvantage. I hope to always remember and share the advice of working with people for who they are, not their titles as good problem solvers come in all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, genders, ages, etc. And good solutions come from everywhere if you are open minded.
