I had the same issue initially when I was syncing via bluetooth. Trick is to turn off conduits that you don't really need to use. I have everything disabled except for contacts, calendar, tasks and memo. When I need to install an app I simply enable the install conduit and it automatically gets disabled after the install (since I didn't check the "Set As Default" option when enabling it)-- you can do the same for other conduits you only use once in a while. My sync's over bluetooth take about 30 seconds or less now and I also have syncing over my cell phone internet connection (comes in handy sometimes) and that takes about 45 seconds. -Reid If you happen to be using a Treo…
